The Risk Is in the Reply: A Five-Point Checklist for Your Front Desk. A one-page checklist your team can run on any review reply before it is posted. It arrives in your first Founding Access List email.

STAT Studio opens in mid-October 2026. The Review Field Guide and The Reply Library become available, and The Practice Desk begins accepting new clients.

The Review Field Guide and The Reply Library: approved by a healthcare compliance attorney, reviewed by practicing licensed clinicians.

Before a patient calls, they look you up on Google. They read the reviews and the replies, check the location, look through the photos, and decide from there whether to book. STAT Studio makes sure that profile is professional and accurate, the photos are current, and every review is answered appropriately.

The risk is in the reply.

A patient leaves you five stars: "Thank you for taking such good care of my knee."
Your front desk replies: "We're so glad we could help with your knee!"

That reply just confirmed, in public, that this person was your patient and what they came in for. The patient can share their own information. You can't.

STAT Studio gives healthcare practices and facilities the right words for every review. Replies are written in advance for the reviews your practice actually gets, with a version in every situation tailored to your facility, all designed to build patient trust without revealing patient information. Use them in-house, or hand the whole thing to us.

No calls. No meetings. Nothing on your calendar.

Almost half of providers never answer a negative review. Two-thirds of patients say the answer changes their trust.

Reviews are the front door now, and patients hold healthcare to a stricter standard than they hold restaurants. Google ranks as the most influential review platform for 83% of patients — Healthgrades, Yelp, Zocdoc and Facebook trail far behind. 66% say a provider's response influences their trust in that provider, up 24 points since the 2025 survey. And 45% of providers say they never respond to a negative review at all.

That gap is not laziness. It is fear, and the fear is well founded. The federal government has settled or penalized providers repeatedly for what they wrote in a reply — $10,000, $23,000, $30,000, and one $50,000 penalty imposed on a dentist who answered an anonymous review by naming the reviewer and describing his treatment.

So most practices say nothing. Silence is not free either. 55% of patients have canceled or avoided booking with a provider because of negative reviews — up from 40% in the 2025 survey. 75% won't book a provider rated below 4.0 stars. And 40% consider a review older than one to two years already out of date, which means the good reviews you earned three years ago have stopped working for you.

There is a third option between silence and a violation. It's already written.

STAT Studio is a HIPAA-aware Google Business Profile management service built specifically around healthcare's dual risk: the reputational cost of not responding to reviews, and the legal cost of responding incorrectly. Every reply is written in advance to build patient trust without disclosing protected health information — approved by a healthcare compliance attorney and reviewed by practicing licensed clinicians — and a Business Associate Agreement is built into the contract, so your practice has a ready-to-use answer before the next review arrives.

What state is your Google Business Profile in, and what are your review replies giving away?

Appearing in a search and being usable are not the same thing. A profile can be unclaimed, held by a former agency, waiting on reverification, split across duplicates, or suspended, and the difference decides what you can do next, including whether you can reply to a review at all.

The Free Profile Check is for healthcare and healthcare-related practices and facilities, from medical and dental offices to med spas, optometry practices and imaging centers. We look only at what is public on Google. We tell you in writing, within two business days, which state your profile is in and what it would take to fix. We also read your public replies to your ten most recent reviews and tell you how many give something away, and what kind of thing. No call. No pitch. If nothing is wrong, that is what we will say.

We will not ask for access to your profile. Everything in the check is based on what your profile shows the public on Google. We read your public replies to your ten most recent reviews and tell you what we see. We do not rewrite them, and we do not go further back. Please do not include patient information anywhere on this form. Requests are answered in the order received, and we may pause new requests when we are at capacity. One Free Profile Check per practice every six months.

Hand it to us, or keep it in-house.

The words don't change. Your calendar does.

The Practice Desk

We run your Google presence. You never open Google.

A monthly subscription for practices that would rather this were simply handled. Reviews answered, policy-violating reviews reported, and at the higher desks, photos kept current and a post published every week. A written report in your inbox every month showing exactly what was done. Everything by email. Nothing on your calendar.

Three desks — The Review Desk, The Profile Desk, and The Complete Desk — from every review answered through complete profile management. Opening mid-October 2026.

The Reply Library

Attorney-approved replies for real review situations. Every reply your practice needs, already written. Yours to keep.

For practices that want to keep this in-house. 29 real scenarios — 19 negative, 10 positive — with 87 ready-to-use replies. Three distinct replies for every scenario, so your responses never read like a form letter. A "Watch Out" note on 28 of the 29, explaining the specific thing that goes wrong in that exact situation. Plus an offline interactive tool: searchable, filterable, one click to copy any reply.

The Review Field Guide

How Google Business Profile reviews actually work — what gets removed, what doesn't, and what to do about it.

The rules nobody publishes plainly. Google's three reporting routes and which categories exist on each — they are not the same, and most people never find the third one. What is worth reporting, what is a waste of time, and what removal odds actually look like. Includes a purpose-built review tracking template.

Everything in each tier

The Review Field Guide, The Reply Library and The Practice Desk all open in mid-October 2026. Pricing is published at launch, and founding pricing goes to the first 25 buyers — the list hears first.

See how The Reply Library works.

The Review Field Guide

The entry point. Everything else builds on it.

  • The Field Guide PDF — how Google Business Profile review policies work, in plain language
  • The three reporting routes (desktop dialog, Maps app, reviewer profile) and which categories exist on each
  • Competitor and last-resort guidance, with the blast radius stated plainly
  • The Review Tracking Template — purpose-built, included free
  • What to report, what not to report, and realistic removal odds

The Review Field Guide + The Reply Library

Everything above, plus:

  • The interactive tool — every reply searchable, filterable, and one click from your clipboard. Works offline, so nothing leaves your computer.
  • 29 scenarios — 19 negative, 10 positive — and 87 ready replies
  • Three distinct replies for every scenario: one customizable, two paste-ready
  • "Watch Out" notes on 28 of 29 scenarios — the part practices tell us they need most
  • A "When NOT to reply" section

The Practice Casebook

Everything above, plus:

  • The Review Tracking Log
  • An internal review-response policy your practice can adopt as its own — written once, reused, drops straight into a compliance binder
  • The Profile Status Guide — how to tell which of six states your Google profile is in
  • A branded build of the interactive tool with your practice's name and logo in the header
  • One written audit of the replies currently published on your profile

About that audit. It covers your replies, not your reviews — replies are what your practice controls and what creates the exposure. We review the 25 most recent, working backwards from the newest. Fewer than 25 published replies means we review all of them. Findings point you to the scenario number in the templates you already own.

The audit does not include reporting or flagging anything to Google for removal. That is a separate service.

Approved before release.

The Reply Library and The Review Field Guide have been approved by a healthcare compliance attorney. Tone and clinical realism have been reviewed by practicing licensed clinicians.

Both reviews are complete.

Two decades inside healthcare. Four marketing it.

Kristen Jones, founder of STAT Studio

STAT Studio was founded by Kristen Jones, who worked in hospitals from 1997 to 2017 — health information services first, then a decade as a radiologic technologist specializing in CT — before spending four years marketing healthcare facilities. That included managing Google Business Profiles and social media marketing for twenty skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities across Florida.

She completed the Google Product Experts Academy in 2025, and is currently completing the Digital Marketing and Science for Business program at the University of South Florida.

This company exists because those two halves of a career kept pointing at the same thing. A practice's reviews are read by every prospective patient, and the replies are written by whoever happens to be at the front desk. Nobody told them the rules. That is a solvable problem, and the solution is language written in advance by someone who has worked both sides of it.

Over those four years: twenty facilities managed across Florida. She has restored Google verification for eight healthcare facilities that had lost it, most within four to six weeks.

STAT Studio carries $1,000,000 in professional liability coverage, and a Business Associate Agreement is built into the contract — ours is Schedule B, signed with everything else. If your compliance program has its own form, send it and we'll review it.

Radiologic technologist and CT credentials were held from 2007 to 2019. STAT Studio provides marketing services, not clinical or legal services. Every document we publish is reviewed by currently licensed clinical personnel for tone and clinical realism, and by a healthcare compliance attorney for legal language, before it is offered for sale.

You can keep hoping nobody at your front desk writes the wrong thing. Or you can have the right words ready before the next review comes in.

The list gets it first.

The first 25 founding buyers get founding pricing — one time, across The Reply Library and The Practice Casebook combined, not 25 of each. We're asking those 25 for one thing in return: a testimonial once you've used it.

The list hears about it before anyone else. That's the entire reason to join.
