Terms of sale — guides and templates

1One practice, one location.

Your purchase licenses these materials to a single practice at a single physical location — the one named at checkout. The license is perpetual for that location and non-transferable. It is yours to keep.

If your practice has more than one location, each location needs its own license. That is true whether the locations share ownership, a tax ID, a website, or a name, and it is true whether the second location has one provider or twenty. Multi-location pricing is available and costs less per location than buying separately — email us and we will sort it out.

2What you may do.

Use the materials in the ordinary running of the licensed location. Print them. Circulate them internally to the people who work there. Use the replies on that location’s own profiles and review platforms. Adapt the bracketed fields to your practice. Keep using them for as long as you like.

3What you may not do.

Use them at a location that is not licensed. Share, sell, forward, publish, or post them, in whole or in substantial part. Use them to provide a service to any other practice. Include them in materials you distribute or sell. Remove the notices. Use them to build a competing product.

Use beyond this license is copyright infringement. We would much rather sell you a second license than pursue it, and the price of one is a great deal less trouble than the alternative.

4Agencies and consultants. Different license

If you manage profiles or reviews on behalf of practices you do not own, this license does not cover that work. Agency and multi-location licensing exists for exactly that — email us and we will quote it.

5Educational materials, not legal advice.

STAT Studio is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. These materials are educational. They do not create an attorney-client relationship, do not replace your own compliance program or counsel, and are not a substitute for advice about your specific situation. You decide what to publish; you remain responsible for what you publish.

6Delivery and refunds.

Files are delivered immediately on purchase. Because you receive them straight away, sales are final. If a download fails, a file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, email us and we will fix it — that is a delivery problem, not a refund question, and we will not make you argue about it.

7New editions.

We do not promise an update schedule. When something material changes we publish a new edition and email past buyers about it. If you bought within 90 days before a new edition is released, that edition is free to you. Otherwise it is offered at a discount.

8Ownership.

STAT Studio retains all rights in the materials, including the written replies, the guide, the interactive tool, the templates, and their structure and wording. Your purchase is a license to use them, not a transfer of ownership.
